It’s almost time to start heading home.\u00a0 Our first stop is Loch Lomond for a couple of days to meet up with family.\u00a0 We couldn’t get a permit to stay overnight at Loch Lomond so decided to park at Donald’s brothers house 20 minutes up the road and park at the Loch during the day.<\/p>

We spent the days on the Loch with the paddleboards.\u00a0 We even bought the Cadac to the beach to cook dinner.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We dropped Donald daughter in Glasgow on our way ‘down south’.\u00a0 This involved driving through the centre of the city.\u00a0 Unbeknown to us, and our three sat navs, there was filming going on that day.\u00a0 This meant that may of the roads were closed.\u00a0<\/p>

After a stressful half hour zig zagging our way through the city we were back on the open road heading for the Lake district.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

I had seen on the CAMpRA Facebook group that a few National Trust properties were trailing the park for night scheme and Aira Force<\/a> were one of them.\u00a0 This is where we headed.<\/p>

When we arrived the car park was quite full but we managed to find a spot big enough for us.\u00a0 We headed off up the path to see the waterfall.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We hadn’t had a lot of rain over the past few weeks so the waterfall was more like a water drip!\u00a0 We did manage to climb up some of the stream and the water was very cold.<\/p>

Aira Force is by Ullswater lake so we took a wander over.\u00a0 This has to be the most peaceful place I have ever been to.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
