Next stop was over to The Inn at Ardgour<\/a> where we had booked a pub stopover for the night.\u00a0 On route we stopped of for a cup of coffee at the side of Loch Ness then onto Fort Augustus to see the boats go through the locks.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

Whilst we were at the locks a family of ducks had got separated, the ‘mummy’ duck was trying to round up all her chicks, we couldn’t leave until sh had got the all back!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We continued on to our pub for the night.\u00a0 This involved 18 miles of single track roads.\u00a0 What we didn’t know was that due to an accident on the other side of the loch, around 200 cars were being sent in our direction!\u00a0 The journey took a while but I was very pleased to get to the pub without damaging the van.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

The pub was very busy but we were served a nice meal that we took back to eat in the van while watching everyone queue for the ferry.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

We had planned on going to Oban but couldn’t find anywhere to park Wike so changed out plans and caught the ferry to the Isle of Mull.\u00a0 This was the first trip on a ferry in the van.\u00a0 The place we had chosen to stay was a car park at Calgary bay.<\/p>

This was the most stunning location with white sand beaches.\u00a0 We had a very quite nights sleep.\u00a0 Although we had to leave early the next morning as the only ferry we could get off the island was at 8am\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
